Following an exciting debut in 2025, Luxembourg saxophonist Joël Metz returns to the festival with his own trio. Winner of the Luxembourg "Propulsion 2024" award, The Metz Foundation is an emerging jazz trio united by the shared vision of a raw, electric, and danceable sound. They seek to push sonic boundaries while fusing acoustic instruments and experimenting with sound design, improvisation, and unconventional sources of inspiration to enrich their musical language.
