Inspired by video game music, hip-hop beat making, and the greats of 70s jazz fusion, Kai Reesu aims to forge a new space between jazz and hip hop. At its core is the trio interplay of Paul Copeland (keys), Robert McArthur (bass), & Matt Jim Sim (drums) enhanced by a heavyweight horn section (Michael Butcher, Adam Jackson and Harry Weir) and Alex Palmer (percussion).
