New music from Fergus McCreadie
Released on Friday 29 January, Fergus McCreadie's brand new album 'Cairn' is the highly-anticipated follow-up to 'Turas' and McCreadie is once again joined by bass player David Bowden and drummer Stephen Henderson.
Along with our friends at Jazz Scotland, Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival is delighted to be supporting the release, and we caught up with Fergus a couple of weeks ago to chat about his new album. The album is already attracting attention with The Times describing it as “...a giddying fusion of Scottish culture and jazz history...jazz is forever undergoing reinventions; this is one of the best in some time.”
