Original and inventive, bewitching and polyphonic, Skylla have taken Europe by storm. Featuring Ruth Goller (Melt Yourself Down) on bass guitar and vocals, as well as featuring outstanding UK vocalists Lauren Kinsella (Snowpoet) and Alice Grant (Matthew Herbert), they take inspiration from Bulgarian folk song to free jazz. Simone Seales is a cellist and improviser whose solo opening set embraces the unexpected.
