Produced purely acoustically, on piano, double bass and drums, LBT mix jazz-techno-electronica to create an explosive artistic energy, full of experimental solos and propulsive beats. “Think a super-charged EST, or the Neil Cowley Trio guesting at a rave somewhere off the M25” (London Jazz News). From delicate phrases on the piano or working the strings with a plectrum, the bass is gently stroked or almost smashed to pieces and the drums are fully utilised, from a delicate rustle to a powerful groove.
