He’s back! An amazing multi-instrumentalist, Jerron ‘Blind Boy’ Paxton always leaves audiences smiling with his mix of ragtime, hokum, old time, French reels, Appalachian mountain music and, of course, blues. Doug MacLeod is a blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter from St. Louis A solo troubadour, he’s paid his dues playing with Lowell Fulson, Pee Wee Crayton, and Big Joe Turner. He’s lived the life and he tells the stories with great wit and charm. A thrilling, rhythmic finger-picker and slide player, with a very distinctive style and sound. Mark Harrison plays a 1934 National resonator guitar and a 12-string guitar, as well as singing. His band fuses roots music, including folk, blues and gospel to create an original sound.
