EJBF beyond Scotland

Thanks to funding from the Scottish Government through their Festival's EXPO Fund, we recently sent two bands to perform in Czech Republic and Poland. 

On Saturday 1 November, corto.alto performed as part of Mladi Ladi Jazz Festival in Prague. Their sold out concert at Cafe V Lese, with support from local group Baron Haze, was part of their European tour.

Liam Shortall (corto.alto) said:

" I want to say a huge thank you to the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival and the Scottish Government for their support in getting the band here. I am super excited to play this sold out show."

On Tuesday 18 November, Mama Terra performed another sold out show at Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra JazzKLUB in Katowice. 

Mama Terra said: "Thankful to be everyone involved making it happen. It was a thrill to play some of our new music from our next album as well as share our other music and love. A special night."
